Staying at Residenza Zanardelli Bed & Breakfast was a delightful experience. The location stands out. within a short walk, I could easily reach major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. My room, the Standard Double, impressed me with its cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast delivered right to my room, allowing me to savor my coffee while planning my day. The thoughtful touches, like toiletries and a mini-bar stocked with refreshments, made it feel special. However, there were a few issues. The street noise occasionally disrupted my sleep, so I recommend bringing earplugs for a better rest. Also, the bathroom, while perfectly functional, felt a bit cramped, which was manageable but noticeable. Despite these minor inconveniences, the excellent service from Dave, who provided helpful recommendations and ensured a smooth check-in, enhanced my stay significantly. I would certainly return to this charming place if I visit Rome again.

The room felt a bit dark, lacking natural light during the day, leading to a reliance on artificial lighting. The noise from the common area outside the room was quite loud, often disrupting the peace and quiet expected during a stay. Additionally, while the beds offered firmness, they might not suit those who prefer softer sleeping options, and the small bathroom could feel cramped.

The location was perfect for exploring Rome. we walked to the Colosseum and Vatican, which were just a short distance away. The friendly host even provided us with extra breakfast for our early departure, which was a thoughtful gesture. We appreciated the clean and modern facilities during our four-night stay with colleagues.
My wife says that the noise from the hallway could be a distraction.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and friendly service here. The location made it easy to explore central attractions. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the heat. Just a heads up, the common area can be lively, so if you're a light sleeper, consider earplugs for better rest.
